  I recently attended the 10 week Artist course at Subsine Academy, instructed By Simon Stokes. This was the best decision I've made so far in my short time producing electronic music. The course was amazing, I've gained so much knowledge and tricks which has helped my production so much. I learned a lot from each week, the tasks we got set helped push me further to make and finish tracks. The main feeling form the course is that you're in an environment with like minded people who are working towards the same goal while being guided by a top class instructor. My opinion would be to take this course or others that they have to offer as you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to Simon & the team at Subsine.

  This is a truly informative and inspirational course. Not only are you instructed by a top class music producer and artist, your classmates will be highly talented and creative individuals that will inspire your creativity to another level. This course is structured in an informal and enjoyable environment with plenty of scope to tailor your learning to your musical style. I can’t recommend this highly enough.

  It's hard to choose what I enjoyed the most about subSine Academy's Artist course. Apart from improving my production skills, I left feeling so inspired. I've always made music in a somewhat conceptual way, and have in the past felt that these kinds of approaches are not really encouraged in mainstream electronic music, but Simon's Artist course really expanded the boundaries of what I thought was possible in terms of coming up with ideas for tracks.
  
  Even though Ableton offers infinite possibilities, I find this can be at times overwhelming, so approaching music in a more conceptual way can provide a great framework to be creative. I would 100% recommend everyone getting into music production to take this course!! There's no better person to learn from than Simon 🙂

  It’s no wonder people travel from all over to study at SubSine academy as the knowledge given from Simon and his team is priceless.
  
  I started learning with the beginners online course in 2020 and went on to complete the Producer, Mixdown & Mastering and Artist course after see how much each of them were helping my productions. Each mentor teaches in a way that’s easy to learn and they are always offering extra help if needed which you can’t get anywhere else.
  
  SubSine studios is a very laid back and friendly environment to be in and perfect for learning your craft from the best in the business and I got to connect and learn with some really amazing Artists in each class. Highly recommended and always something new to learn at any level.

  Undoubtedly the best money and time I've spent towards my aims in music production with Ableton Live. It would take way too long to go into the exhaustive list of good points about the school, Simon himself and the top notch quality content of the courses at subSine Academy.
  
  If ever I was confident in recommending anything in life - it would be an urgent - "Get taught to press the buttons, turn the knobs of Ableton Live and learn to integrate everything surrounding, attached to or soldered to electronic music production from Simon Stokes!"
  
  The fact that the courses consistently sell out speaks for itself. I was hooked after first course and made it my own mission to work through THE LOT! Get it done.👍

  After a ten year break from making music on a regular basis, I signed up for the artist course to try and get myself fired up about producing again, and oh boy did it deliver. Simon is a great teacher and the classes were small and super friendly which made for a relaxed learning experience.
  
  There was a great balance of content, covering not just the technical side of things but also how to build ideas from a concept, plus your overall sound or "brand" if you want to call it that.
  
  The weekly homework tasks meant there was always something to work on and deliver for the next class... which forced your hand (in a good way) to avoid any of the usual procrastination problems 🙂
  
  I'm feeling much more confident producing tracks now, and feel like I've got the skills to sculpt the exact sounds I want, rather than just working from presets.

  If you are interested in or have dabbled in any music production using digital audio workstations such as Ableton and would like to learn more then you should take up a class at subSine academy. The courses on offer are tailored to whatever level you are currently at in making electronic based music production from beginner through to mastering or even modular synthesis/sound design.
  
  Each programme is taught by highly experienced tutors running either as one evening a week for nine weeks or condensed into two full day weekenders, whatever suits for time and travel. Every stage of learning is supplemented with easy to refer to comprehensive course notes and students are given practical tasks to create their own material based off what they've learnt during each stage of the lessons.
  
  You will also meet a network of likeminded people who all share the same passion in music irrelevant of genre/influences. Following on from completing one of the courses you can share your ideas, troubleshoot problems with tutors/students through the subSine forums and have the opportunity for your own music to be released on the subSine label and or have it played on their own radio show. Not only this but Simon's teaching style is totally inclusive, it's such a relaxed atmosphere and I’ve made some good friends along the way.
  
  Having wanted to learn how to make electronic music for 20 years previously and after sitting all of the courses it has easily been the most fun learning experience I've ever had so couldn't recommend subSine academy enough. Paul

  This course is 100% tremendous. It's a very welcoming and friendly environment that makes you very comfortable, at ease and inspired to get the very best music and ideas you can get out of yourself. The music you've been hearing in your head and always wanted to make.

  Having already completed the Ableton Producer Course here at Subsine, I couldn't stay away! Having learned the fundamentals of Audio Production, and the functionality within Ableton, this was the PERFECT course for those wanting to embark upon their own musical projects! Learned a lot from Simon, and from his own Artist journey and label releases, and what it means to craft a sound, an idea/theme, and how to nurture this when creating music hoping to break out into the industry! A few months later I have my debut track to be released on a label, cannot rate these courses highly enough! One of my best investments to date! ..
