  Absolute first class institution of learning, populated with knowledgeable, inspiring teachers and super nice people to boot. Seriously, have spent over 20 years flirting with music production and never got very far, whereas in less that 6 months I finally feel like I'm making proper progress. Have done the Creator course and now onto the Mixdown course and couldn't recommend Simon, Rob and the team enough.

  Simon and Co at SubSine are super knowledgable and make the courses really enjoyable. I've done the 1 ableton centred course and another mixing 1. The information, pace, tutors and content were incredible. Highly recommended, will definitely be back.

  That is a real gem of a course, I think its is going to have a real impact on everything I do, as I just didn't have a clue before and was totally lost and just wasnt doing anything for fear of messing up.
  
  Its rare to have a teachers of that calibre, so knowledgeable, but actually approachable and an incredibly good teacher and can break down complex ideas in a way we can all understand. Ill never look at a can of beans the same:) Please thank Rob and David for me, they are total legends!

  Was very helpful in explaining the purpose of the different elements used in mixing music and when and how to use them, as well as highlighting the different approach to have when going from the recording and arrangement stage of making music to the more critical objective ear needed for mixing it.

  I’ve been making music since the nineties and have done quite a few music production courses in that time, including the full diploma course at SAE. This is THE best course I have ever done. So many key tips and tricks from two seriously knowledgeable and enthusiastic mixing maestros.
  
  The takeaway from this experience is that I’ve upped my game.
  
  Do this course if you want to make your music sound loud, punchy, beautiful, competitive and sounding like the best artists on the planet. Amazing.

  Completed my second course at subSine | Academy this weekend. As I was for the artist course, I’m once again struck by the quality, attention to detail and positive atmosphere of these courses.
  
  This weekend was all about mixing down, and has really changed my perspective on my workflow and the way I’ve been approaching mixing. As anyone who’s done it will know, mixing can feel impossibly frustrating at times, and what you need is to have someone explain the fundamental concepts and techniques behind a good mix, which Rob Etherson did beautifully.
  
  I’m looking forward to turning some of the rough ideas I’ve been posting into polished tracks using the techniques I’ve learnt. Highly recommend subSine | Academy for anyone who’s interested in producing their own music, whether it’s electronic or not, they have options from beginner right through to pro.
  
  Plus you’ll be learning from very active industry professionals in a friendly, relaxed environment and will meet likeminded people. I’m now starting to put everything together for my first few proper self released records and I can’t wait to show how much I’ve developed as a producer.

  Just wanted to thank you again for the mixing/mastering course. I ended up mixing my debut album myself and I'm happy to say the album made it onto the Billboard charts last week!
  
  It hit #39 on the Top Current Album Sales chart, and #85 on the Top Album Sales chart (can't believe I'm next to Nevermind!).
  
  I also got onto #39 of the Emerging Artists chart. I just wanted to say how big of an impact the Mixing/Mastering course had. I would have never had the confidence to mix the album myself without that course (and I wouldn't have finished the album in time, had I not mixed it myself) so it was instrumental in getting the album released!
